This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 (the "Act") and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Act. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of the www.knowledgekhan.blogspot.in website (the "Website" or “Knowledgekhan”).

The Website is owned and operated by Tehsinkhan Pathan, an individual permanent resident of India residing at Ahmedabad city, Gujarat State, India.

Severability

The affected provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it lawful, not void or enforceable, as the case may be, in such a manner as comes closest to preserving the intentions of such provision.

 

Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Disputes

These Terms of Use will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Gujarat, India without regard to its choice of law or conflicts of law principles that would require application of law of a different jurisdiction. You agree to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. You agree not to bring any of action relating to the use of the Website or the interpretation of these Terms of Use in any court in any jurisdiction other than the courts located in Ahmedabad Gujarat. Knowledgekhan blog shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce these Terms of Use. In any dispute between you and Knowledgekhan blog where knowledgekhan blog prevails, Knowledgekhan blog shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney fees, court costs, disbursements, and other legal expenses.

 

No Waiver

The failure of Knowledgekhan blog at any time to require performance by you of any provision of these Terms of Use shall in no way affect the right of Knowledgekhan blog to enforce the such provision, nor shall the waiver of any breach by you of any provision herein constitute a waiver of any succeeding breach or the provision itself.
